The third personal comment that I would make is that when you make the right personal changes, I believe this with all my heart, other things begin to turn out right. Its amazing how were going to talk about positive change and we talk 2023 and I immediately want to be like, No, Im not ready. You talk about it, were talking about it on the podcast. The reason Im so passionate about personal growth, is personal growth keeps me prepared. Im close to my team, Im much more engaged. You started a journey intentionally the fourth quarter of last year. Dont ever spend time with people that arent thrilled with your progress. But I would say in preparing yourself for growth theres an intentional action around putting yourself in uncomfortable situations to build that muscle, callouses, whatever you want to call it, that helps become more adaptable. How often do you go and check it? So when people say, I like things to turn out better for me. So anticipate the outcomes, and then fourth is communicate the change from a contextual standpoint.
